Abstract
The article presents a case study of a “hybrid learning” program in Wichita, Kansas that integrates traditional and online learning methods to fight a dropout problem.

Summary
This brief article mentions that since the start of hybrid learning program in Wichita, the district’s graduation rate rose by 8. The program is aimed at both students who are drop outs and at students that are behind in completing classes and need to make up courses to graduate on time. These courses used computers as the main form of learning and the teachers were used as a “supplemental resource” (I.Q.)
